Hourly work. Where scope cannot be fixed in advance, work is billed at $45 per hour against an agreed cap.
Payment. Invoiced in USD, GBP or EUR. For a first matter, half the fee is invoiced at instruction and half on delivery; after that, on delivery.
Revisions. Changes within the agreed scope are included. New questions or documents are quoted separately.
Rush work. Available when the schedule allows, at a surcharge stated in the quote.
Confidentiality. NDA on request before any document is shared. Client work is never listed or shown without written permission.
Basis. Work is delivered to a supervising lawyer or registered practitioner, who reviews and adopts it. See the note at the foot of each page.
