How we work on it
Primary sources
Statutes, regulations, official journals and regulator pages, linked and dated. Secondary commentary is used to find sources, not to cite.
Dated to the day
Every position carries the date it was verified, and live items such as pending bills are rechecked before delivery.
Gaps stated
Where the law is unsettled or guidance is missing, the report says so and explains the working assumption.
Worked example
Our public AI hiring compliance tracker shows the method in full, and is kept current.
See the method in public
Our AI hiring compliance tracker sets out twelve instruments that reach AI used in employment decisions, each sourced and dated, and the sample readiness review shows a completed engagement.
Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It is research and drafting for your counsel, or for your compliance team to take to counsel. It is not a legal opinion and does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
Which jurisdictions?
The EU (including the AI Act and GDPR), the UK, US federal agencies and the US states, and India.
How current is the tracker?
The verification date is printed on the page. Items that change quickly are rechecked more often.
