Contracts
Clean first drafts and redlines with the reasoning attached, so a supervising lawyer can review a markup in minutes rather than rebuild it.
Who uses it
- Small and mid-size firms with more deal flow than associate time
- In-house legal teams clearing a backlog of vendor and customer paper
- Founders' counsel who need first drafts turned quickly
Services and starting fees
Each matter is quoted at a fixed fee after we see the brief. Turnaround runs from the day the quote is accepted.
Contract review and issues list
A ranked list of the terms that matter, with the risk, the market position and a proposed fix for each.
Negotiation redline
Tracked-change markup in Word with margin comments, plus fallback positions for each point.
NDA or short-form agreement
Mutual or one-way NDAs, consulting and freelance agreements, simple licenses, drafted to your instructions.
Commercial agreement from a term sheet
Master services, supply, distribution, licensing, reseller and agency agreements.
Contract abstraction and due diligence
Key-term extraction into your template or spreadsheet, with red flags escalated.
Playbook and clause library
Standard positions, fallbacks and approved clause language for a contract type your team negotiates often.
How we work on it
Your template, your style
We draft in your precedent, numbering and defined-term conventions, and in US or UK English as the matter requires.
Reasons in the margin
Every change in a redline carries a short comment explaining why, so the supervising lawyer can accept, reject or escalate quickly.
Priorities, not volume
Issues lists separate the points worth spending negotiating capital on from the ones worth conceding.
Governing law flagged
Where an answer depends on the governing law, the point is flagged for the supervising lawyer rather than assumed.

Do you work in Word with tracked changes?
Yes. Redlines are delivered as Word documents with tracked changes and comments, plus a PDF copy if you want one.
Which jurisdictions?
We draft agreements governed by US state law, English law and Indian law. The supervising lawyer confirms points of local law.
Can you handle volume?
For abstraction and review programs, send a sample of five documents first. We will quote a per-document price and a delivery schedule from that.
Send the brief. You will have a fixed quote within one business day.
Tell us what the work is, the deadline, and anything we must follow: a template, a citation style, a page limit. If it is outside what we do well, we will say so.
- Fixed fee, agreed in writing before work starts
- NDA signed before you share confidential material
- US, UK and EU matters, in US or UK English
- Revisions to the agreed scope included
